Foremost, Chris is a kind professional with integrity, compassion and a spirit of wanting the best for his clients. When our family needed to sell our home and move into another due to a medical situation, Chris delivered: he sold our house in 10 days and got us into our new home construction while putting out many fires along the way. His PR campaign drove smart online traffic, resulting in a sale, and throughout the negotiation process, Chris offered keen insight into the market and sound advice as he honored his clients' wishes. He was available at all hours via text, phone call, or in-person visit throughout the real estate process AND afterwards to "make sure" we were all right and nicely settled in our new home... Because for Chris, every real estate transaction is more than a financial dealing: Chris uses his talents and skill sets to improve the quality of life for his clients, helping them turn a house into a home! Oh My Goodness, Chris and Tracie were the best team i could have ever asked for. I cannot imagine selling the home i loved with out their lead. They were on top of everything. From day one he said trust me, i was hesitant but was told by everyone that he knows what he is doing. So, i let him lead the process and make suggestions on sale price etc. Well I did exactly as he suggested including moving out some furniture, painting a few walls, listing for less than i wanted. Believe it or not we had 33 offers the weekend of our open house (during COVID even). Most were above appraisal. They got the buyer to agree to $20k over appraisal up to 30k over the asking price and required NO repairs to the home. He also got me 6 weeks of rent back of my old home for $1.00 per month. That was amazing. He also selected the buyers he thought were the best options for ease of closing and limited issues. We discussed the options and he let me chose the buyer, but gave good suggestions and pointers. The buyer was amazing. Chris even really assisted on my contingency with JD Horton home builders where I was buying a new home. They may not be able to do this with everyone, but their expertise, knowledge and guidance eased my stressful mind. It was an amazing process. I recommend Chris Taylor and Tracie to anyone buying or selling a home. I will be using them again in 7 years when I retire. They are the best ever. (no they did not ask me to say any of that!).
If you’re looking for a Realator, look nowhere else, Chris is your person! Not only is he very knowledgeable about all things real estate, but he is also one of the most genuine and sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Chris has your best interest at heart and will make sure that you are well taken care of. If you’re looking for your forever home, or just a place to be comfortable in, Chris will find it for you. I trust Chris with all my realtor needs. If I could give Chris 10 stars, I would!
