    Loan Documents

    A seller opening package is a set of documents that a home seller must complete and sign at the beginning of a real estate transaction. These documents typically include the grant deed, seller’s affidavit, statement of information, and other disclosures required for the sale. 

    Power of Attorney

    A Power of Attorney grants an appointee to manage one’s legal, property, medical, financial and/or transaction records. A notarization is typically almost required for this and we’re qualified to handle every POA notary service in Southern California.

    Grant Deed

    A grant deed is used to transfer ownership of real property from one party to another, with a guarantee that the grantor has not previously transferred the title or encumbered the property except as disclosed.

    Living Trust

    A Living Trust allows an individual (the grantor) to place assets into a trust during their lifetime for management and distribution upon their death or incapacity.

    Quit Claim Deed

    A quit claim deed is used to transfer ownership interest in a property from one party to another without warranties or guarantees about the title.
