Mayra is the type of people-person who could walk into a party of strangers, make sure everyone was having fun, and leave countless new friends. An expert in customer service and fluent in Spanish, Mayra spent 10 years in the banking industry working as a Bank Manager responsible for managing staff, meeting sales goals for the branch, mentoring, and coaching as well as the day-to-day customer service issues and concerns.
Mayra’s love for people and celebration led her to open her own party store in 2015 which she eventually transitioned from brick-and-mortar to online sales, but real estate was always a passion of hers so she made the decision to keep the business part-time and devote herself fully to real
estate.
Meeting her clients’ goals, helping define their needs, and meeting expectations is always of paramount importance to Mayra and she views her clients not as that traditional business relationship, but as a friendship. The delivery of keys to a new homeowner and tears of joy that go along with that is what drives Mayra to do what she does. “Client first” has always been her approach and whether they are buying or selling, exceeding expectations is what she does.
When she’s not working, Mayra enjoys reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, and quality time with her husband Tino and her kids Michael (A Navy Veteran), Matthew, Melissa, Eduardo, and Danny.
