Chris was awesome to work with. As a first time home seller, I was grateful to have such an experienced and responsive agent to work with. He went above and beyond for us as we aimed to sell our house in the time frame we needed. His marketing for the home was fabulous and open houses were packed. The task of selling a home is a long complex process that if entrusted to the wrong person can mean a series of perpetual disasters for you and your family. A knowledgeable, honest and attentive real estate agent can help you avoid the most common pitfalls and disasters. Even when you have done everything in your power to keep things on track there will still be so many bumps in the road; and when this happens, you will see your agent demonstrate his/her true skill and knowhow. Our journey selling our home was fairly smooth, mostly because Chris had so much experience to foresee the pitfalls and help us to avoid them. He walked us through the process step by step and gave us honest feedback so we knew what to expect during the selling process. He demonstrated an incredible amount of patience for all of our “first time” seller questions and provided detailed honest answers, often times late at night when we would call or text him. He provided us his 100% attention 24/7 which is just unheard of nowadays. I don’t think I would have survived the entire process if it weren’t for his frequent contact assuring us things were moving along as planned. We learned so much about the entire process and felt included in all of the decisions along the way. We had to sell our home within a certain time frame in order to get moved into our new home we purchased so our situation was unique and required skill and knowhow. Chris already had a working relationship with the builders of our new home and was able to coordinate things quite well. We faced some bumps in the road because of the buyers of our home and each time something surfaced Chris quite literally came to the rescue to remedy the problem to make it right. Chris communicated our wishes to the buyers of our home and is a very strong negotiator! Even when our house closed escrow and Chris’s job was done he stuck with us to the end to make sure we got into our new home. We are supremely grateful for his due diligence, his sense of urgency for our needs and the compassion he showed our family in one of the biggest moves of our lives. None of us will ever forget this experience; it really was momentous for all the members of our large family. None of it could have been possible without Chris. Do not make the mistake of hiring somebody else to entrust with such an important task. I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed with the level of service Chris can provide; he is the best there is.
